The classes are excellent, with a special thanks to head coach Peter, coaches Elena, Elizabeth, Sara, Julian, Ben, and to the entire staff, always energetic and accessible.
The manager, Peter, responded immediately to an issue I was having with one of the pieces of equipment.
Sarah and Peter just to name a few are always making sure they meet our needs and concerns.
Peter was extremely helpful, looks like he did a great job moving the gym in a positive direction!

Under the direction of the new managerial staff, the gym has been a much nicer atmosphere due to some much needed TLC.
Everything was HUGH improvement the Gym is extremely clean now, the bathrooms and overall gym all the machines are fixed and working properly the weights always picked up and racked staff is very friendly, music is not so angry and harsh,staff being friendly sets the tone for the rest of the gym.
High quality Sauna + Equipment.
I went to NBD while trying a collection of local gyms, and NBD ended up being one of the best ones I’ve seen.
