Next Level is so much more than just a gym, it has become my second home. People will cheer you on and make sure you accomplish your goals. The trainers get to know you and they don't just see you as another number joining their gym. This is a gym that has highly motivated people, is extremely positive and motivational, a place that will hold you accountable and also somewhere to get a killer workout!

NLXF offers a variety of workout classes including strength training, resistance bands, kickboxing/cardio, and agility exercises to keep you motivated and to keep your body guessing.
