My favourite studio in the Bay Area by a long way.
I especially enjoy when I can catch a class from Maggie, Monica or Gaby!
I felt so safe and welcomed and was able to get a lot of mobility out of my shoulders (a problem spot for me).
I am currently in my 500 ytt - back in Arizona and i so appreciate all of the things i learned just from taking classes from these phenomenal yogis!!
The only thing that is a little weird is that they don’t play any music during class or do Om, but maybe that’s just a different approach than I am used to.
Such a beautiful space with so many amazing teachers!
The atmosphere is friendly, the classes are excellent, and there are lots of them offered.
Great classes in a very friendly studio, with fair prices.
Our instructor Richard was thorough, attentive to details of alignment, and thoughtful in his guidance.
