I've been to dozens of yoga studios all over the United States and have been involved in the fitness industry for almost 25 years, even owning a studio myself for a time, so there's some street cred behind that statement.

Just finished the 8am class on the beach with Ashley and I have to say was one of the best classes I have taken in 30 yrs.

As Wendy and Joanna have built and grown Nava Yoga Studio, and I have watched a small, local business evolve in to a thriving community - offering transformational wellness for any person with the desire to practice Yoga.

Everyone that attends Nava are so compassionate and supportive and it feels like a second family with the sense of community the people bring.

I discovered Nava Yoga Studio and now I come every year looking forward to practicing with a diverse group of instructors who as a whole offer the best experience I have had with yoga since I started practicing 17 years ago.

The owners are kind, compassionate, wildly talented and amazing people who will be sure that your experience at Nava is a beautiful one.

The yoga teacher is always so nice and everyone is just happy and helpful.
