As a parent, dare I say I learned more about music and piano in the last 1 3/4 years together with my now 6 year old.
Choi's classes is that she is very patient with him (and us) and takes the time to build up technique (sight-reading, using the right finger position) rather than just having him learn the piece and play it by rote.
She takes piano to another level and is very thoughtful in incorporating all aspects of music such as notes, rhythm, pitch, and emotions in such a fun way!
Besides weekly lessons, she also organizes group lessons so they can see other kids who also like piano.
She creatively combined elements of STEM and music to create a unique experience different from anything our son has ever done before.
