I've been boxing for over 30 years and for the last 8 years I've had the great pleasure of being a member of MK Boxing. This summer I won the Ringside 2015 World Championship in the Masters Division and MK Boxing helped me achieve that – I couldn't have done it without them. Owner Mike Knox, instructor Justin Piper and fellow member Christian Berrios have sparred with me and helped me train for all of my tournaments. Whether you want to compete or just get in shape there are trainers in all Martial Arts forms to help you meet and exceed your goals. Mike is a great trainer and a very exceptional.
This place is super nice and has a way to explain things for beginners to easily understand.
The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement.
But having 30 years martial arts experience and wanting to find flow, this is the place to go!
