To keep things brief, the staff never responded to my emails about renewing an extra month and even when the front desk sent them reminder emails for me, they still failed to respond.
I wrote to management about the points above (all great points- as the police pointed out, not checking my lock was my fault, but everything else was the fault of the gym and those breaking in) it was a super polite email- I said that the front desk person was helpful/kind (she was and she let me use her phone to cancel my card) but suggested in the future that management recommend contacting the police when there is a break-in and I suggested emailing members/putting up a sign in the locker room about break-ins.

Small gym, but has a lot of variety and everything you need to get in any type of workout.
The facility is welcoming, immaculately clean, filled with natural light, and offers a wonderful array of equipment.
Instructors are all great and so friendly - really giving Mint a community feeling.
All the managers and trainers are great people and take the time to get to know you.
The men's locker room is small and the men's steam room has not worked in the two months I've been a member I like that they have free water, coffee, or tea.
Great staff, they are always friendly and welcoming.
