We may even sneak in a bit of cardio for a euphoric trifecta of training. Your instructor will inspire you, and you'll be motivated to move by a unique, high-energy playlist. Weights and props are always optional. This class is adaptable to all levels.

My only complaint is how crowded the classes are in January & February, though I've had a wonderful experience in their studio.
I am new to all this and they have been incredibly accepting and open with my inexperience (& nursing an injury), always encouraging everyone to feel completely comfortable doing their own thing in class if they need to - and instruction and facility has been top notch!
Very nice studio that is accommodating to drop in visitors.
People here do their job with a lot of passion, love and care.
Midtown Yoga is such a bright spot during my week…love the variations in the different classes, the staff are always extra friendly, and the studio is clean and organized.
Great instructors and overall atmosphere
I have been going to classes for over a year and a half and committed to an unlimited membership last year since I love it so much.
As an older male I was apprehensive about stepping into my first yoga class but Glen has made me feel welcome and she runs a great class.
