My kids train at Mattix and it's had a very positive impact on them. They say it takes a village to raise a child. .. The instructors and Coach Ricky do a great job at reinforcing the values I try to instill at home. That is PRICELESS to me. It also gives them a sense of community and belonging, which is sadly lacking in our society today. I also train there and it's taken my fitness to another level.
