Taylor went way beyond our expectations in every way, cleaning used dishes and wine glasses, then boxing up the few leftovers for the board members to take home.

We had a party of 9 in the mountains, and selected the newest Asian inspired meal and every single course was absolutely delicious.

We had Taylor make dinner for my sister’s 50th bday and I have to say it was incredible!

And, to top it all off, I think our kitchen was cleaner than when Chef Taylor first arrived!

I was privileged to enjoy his unforgettable culinary skills and experience a full 5 days of his cooking at the amazing Simple Smart Science Live Long Well Retreat.

Not only did he inspire us with his yummy meals, he was also always available to give any of us food prep, shopping, cooking and equipment tips for this new way of eating.

I’m sure he was asked the same questions and answered them graciously every time.

He was readily available and shared how he prepared them being willing to support any of our questions & curiosities.

I worked with him to create the menu I wanted for the event and he executed beyond my expectations.
