Overall a great place to workout, even views of Lake Washington upstairs on the ellipticals.
Great atmosphere, everyone is at their own stage of fitness and all the workouts are tailored to fit where you are.
We were here for Little Kickers, great for the kids!
Love Zumba with Daren on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Staff are friendly and engaging, the gym itself is spacious and pretty clean, lots of squat racks and cardio machines that overlook Lake Washington.
Kind staff who aren’t all up in your face constantly, trying to sell you something…however trainers are always busy helping others in training sessions.
Before COVID, there was talk of the facility getting rid of the basketball court, which is currently only used for a large group workout room and adding a floor on top of it.
Love this place
The equipments are well separated and they provide sprays and towels to clean equipments before and after use.
Very clean, organized gym, would definitely recommend.
