I love that I can grab an snack, check my work meetings online and then jump into an innovative exercise class or open gym time.
I got a macadamia nut latte and one of the quiches, absolutely delicious!
I’ve been getting their delicious Lattes for years but, I finally pulled the chubby girl gym anxiety mask off and join their classes.
I joined the gym about a month ago with the very basic goal of just being more active.
The community is very welcoming and supportive.
Awesome 30 min morning workout class - clean gym, new equipment & good company.
Great small group exercise class using the suspension rings.
And the fitness classes are great for those of us sometime intimidated by traditional gyms
I recently started going to the gym classes as well and all the trainers have been great and I really enjoy working out here!
