I look forward to my time there each day and it has become my peaceful sanctuary.
Also, the drinking water at Lotus Loft is really delicious, sorry I admit I take advantage of this when I bring my water bottle and fill up at the studio every time (I don't know what's in the water but it is really good) and the music Playlists instructors create for workouts are incredible.
Great classes, awesome instructors and the variety and times of classes is perfect for pretty much any level of practice
The space was very clean having an adequate supply of equipment and was conducive to the exercises being done.

As a newbie to yoga I found the instruction to be well paced and not over my head.
Very good way to spend a Sunday morning, self defense training with 2 very informative and interactive instructors at Lotus Loft Yoga Studio.
The classes I have taken have been the right kind of challenging and the instructors provide guidance and encouragement.
