I have been coming here for almost three years and I love it. I've gotten stronger than ever before. I went to physical therapy, acupuncture , and chiropractor but nothing helped with my back pain, but coming here finally did. I am extremely thankful for my teachers. I live in LA, but work in OC, so I decided to stay after work to attend the orientation at the Tustin location.
This is a beautiful studio with extremely knowledge instructors who will go out of their way to help you reach your fitness goals and provide an calm, welcoming environment.
