The private lessons, instructors, variety of the classes, staff members and on.
I spent two years at another pilates studio, but John Garey is taking my strength and abilities up to the next level (once you've adapted to the basic level, you have the option of athletic conditioning and advanced pilates class.
I love the variety of classes and like that the fact if you need a quick workout, the express classes are perfect.
Wonderful place to practice Pilates on the reformer.
They really care about you and take the time to get to know you and your name and if you have any special needs.
I've been going here for two years now and I love the facilities, classes, staff and people!
In addition to having an exceptional group of instructors offering challenging workouts, I really love the feel of community and family at John Garey Fitness.
Always professional and gear sessions to my specific needs or issues.
You have to sign up for classes in advance because they fill up, but for me this is perfect, because I now have a commitment and I don't like to break those commitments!
