Me being new to Pilates, Claudia also shown extra care with the attention of any historical injuries and making sure I and others were comfortable with the studio Pilates Reformer and other specialist studio Pilates equipment.
Claudia was very wonderful in helping us understand at the reformer session and she was so attentive to each details while I (and the others), as a first timers was trying to work with the machines.
I found this a great way to work out and would definitely take this class again.
I have had the pleasure of having her for both Pilates and fitness classes and she made both challenging but fun!

I really had to push myself to do this and i was worried about my ability to 1) keep up, 2) fit in, and 3) stay motivated.
With so many different types of workout classes, I never get bored and always feel challenged!
