My experiences with LiveUnprocessed and Shannon have been beyond exceptional. The content provided is relevant, beneficial and flexible and Shannon supports participants in a positive, productive, non-judgmental way. Whether it's in-person or virtual, Shannon's spirit and energy is a guiding and encouraging presence. She genuinely connects with each person in her practice. I started going to Live Unprocessed about a year ago - I recommend this place to nearly everyone I meet.
The instructor was very nice and provided a lovely sound bath.
We did a mom's night out to the Accupuncture & Sound Bath and it was such an amazing experience.
Great studio with a beautiful view and my instructor, Alissa is talented and great teacher of the yoga practice.
It is low pressure and supportive and a great way of self care for mamas and bonding with the babes!
Many different events take place throughout the year & I’ve been able to attend a few (sound bath, breathwork, fall equinox…) - all were great.
Absolutely beautiful studio with the most picturesque and tranquil view.
Yesterday I tried my first yoga class in over 10 years and I can't wait to go back!
I enjoyed my Sunday evening Restorative class.
