Our vision to grow a community based on movement, mindfulness, and breath continues to thrive as we are rooted in compassion , self empowerment , and connection . We believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body type, or previous experience. Live True supports and encourages members to find balance in maintaining physical and mental health in a welcoming environment. We welcome anyone who is ready to unwind, work hard, laugh and let go.

Just the right amount of a challenge!
I love starting out my day with a power flow class, lunchtime strength class and barre and/or gentle restorative class at night.
They make working out fun for someone who didn't love to work out but now loves it.
Shannon in particular is so fantastic with offering cues or modification options if she sees someone struggling with a particular pose.
I had never done yoga before coming here so I was a little nervous, but I quickly found out there was no need to be!
Without exception, the instructors are not only compassionate, supportive and welcoming but professional and well experienced as each one adds their own unique and authentic style to what they are passionate about.
Veronica explained everything and her energy was so refreshing, she is an amazing healer, and has changed my life for the better.
