Our Restorative, Flow + Restore, and Alignment classes are great for pregnancy! We recommend not starting Power Yoga if you haven't taken Power classes before. However, if you are used to the practice, please keep coming! Just drink more water, modify, and take breaks when needed. Folks who are pregnant should NOT practice in a super-heated yoga studio (100 degrees or more) but we have found that the 88-degree temp works fine for most of our pregnant yogis! Of course, we encourage you to listen to your body and what feels good to you. what should i bring?

Being a novice in yoga I received amazing support and attention every time.
So far have been very impressed with every class I've been to.
My favorite teachers at this location are Deb and Malka - Deb teaches slower Alignment Flow and Flow + Restore classes and Malka teaches Power Yoga, which is more of an energetic vinyasa flow.
I love both of the Grand and Laurel locations, but I think the Grand location is extra special.
I took class with Patricia and it was a unique experience - focus on alignment and holding postures for a bit longer than I’m used to.
Love this yoga studio, the teachers, and the community they've built!
Debbie is an amazing teacher and has a great sense of humor.
Amazing studio with friendly, welcoming vibes and great teachers!!
Lots of natural light and a nice waiting area with clean restrooms and water available.
It's important for my health and Left Coast Yoga helps me learn more about this every time I practice.
