Our Private Gym is a full service fitness facility offering boxing classes and training, we have a regulation sized boxing ring, free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, heavy bags, speed bags and much more! !! we have men's and women's locker rooms that offer a private changing area and shower. Refrigerated beverages,water, health drinks, vitamin water, energy bars, etc. are available and our gym also has a PRO SHOP which carries Boxing gear and Fitness equipment as well our LB4LB apparel.

I used to live closer to Rodeo Dr and went to all the classes at Equinox but my favorite instructor left so I have been searching for a new place.
I get there at 7am (when they open) to go swimming and the gym isn't opened yet.
The kids boxing camp in the summer is cool and the coaches really push you and you definently sweat but they do it so you can learn and be commited to the camp i think if you want to get into boxing you should go there
