If you're in search of an authentic dojo that will teach you effective techniques, take part in the history of a martial art that's sparsely taught outside of Okinawa itself or even if you just want a place to get or stay in shape in a friendly non-competitive environment.
This style is extremely practical in any situation you may need to defend yourself or others, no matter how big or small you are.
I started this martial arts Journey a month ago and I'd like to say at first I wasn't sure at 43 years old it was going to be easy.
