I have found that how-to & self-help books pale in comparison to the knowledge / guidance I have gained from the gentle instruction provided by KMC.
The lessons rang true to me because they were simple, not based in judgement and are a matter of training your mind which is achievable by most, if effort is given.
I seldom miss a session because it is just like medicine; if it helps, keep taking it.
