Members will be looking at the T Vs and working out with the windows open behind them, and the staff still comes very early to shut things up.
Maybe update with individual locks on the lockers (you have to bring your own lock).
Arroyo Grande location is a bit run down, unfortunately no hot tub anymore, limited hours, not sure this one is worth the membership.
Always friendly staff, best adult activities like yoga and water aerobics.
Many pieces of equipment to choose from and group exercise.
It was not important to tell tradeout personal that it was stoping.
Best gym in SLO
They wasted an opportunity with the new pointless “Ab and stretching station” this could have been saved for downstairs (which also has potential for something bigger) KCF has to get with the times or they’ll loose the younger generation of gym goers to come.
She loves the diverse selection of classes, including those in the pool, and has gotten great support from her personal trainer, whom she uses on an as needed basis.
