Karate Heroes
Two age groups: 6-8, 9-12. Providing a safe, challenging, and fun environment for your child year-round, Kensington Karate draws students from as far away as Coronado and Point Loma, yet is conveniently located and maintains a Kensington neighborhood feel. The classes are taught by Andreas Eros, a fifth degree black belt and long-time San Diego resident, with 25+ years of experience teaching karate to adults and children, a former Physical Education teacher, and an elementary school administrator at Warren-Walker School. His personal teaching motto- "Teach through inspiration, not intimidation", dovetails nicely with the dojo's motto- "Shaping everyday heroes, every day! " Beginners may start at any time.
