Excellent Jiujitsu and MMA classes. They teach everything including take downs, ground fighting, submissions, locks, escapes, kicks, and punches. Very complete and realistic approach to Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. I also like the warmups and they help keep me fit. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they teach techniques in a clear, easy to understand manner. Barry

The fact that the everyone is also personable and friendly, makes training a pleasure.
This is a mixed martial arts type of training that incorporates many styles that foster good self defense techniques.
The focus for beginners has largely been disengaging and de-escalation, which I think makes sense, prior to learning how to full-on fight.
We learn striking and and blocks - punches, kicks, elbows, knees; takedowns and falls - both judo and wrestling; submission grappling - basically BJJ with striking; escapes from every type of hold; and basic weapons defense.
The instructor is very knowledgeable and cares very much about the students and is very helpful.
When I compared it with other places I found that their pricing is low and they don’t even require contracts.

The exercises consist of standing and ground techniques, including escapes from different holds, ground defense, blocks, strikes and kicks.
Great facility and extremely knowledgeable instructor.
Good people to learn how to do self defense with.
