We're a Gracie Jiu Jitsu academy located in Milton, GA – only a half hour north of Atlanta. Our academy teaches self-defense and sport Jiu Jitsu to practitioners of all ages and abilities in our family based atmosphere. Our head instructor, Professor Jamie Williams, has created a fun, safe, collaborative and social environment that welcomes everyone interested in training.

You will not lack skill after training with j3 for some time as both their Jiu jitsu and muay thai classes have improved my own abilities in martial arts in the last year by a significant amount.
I really don't know where to start, how to describe how amazing this gym is amd how grateful I am to Coach Erica and Coach Jamie for letting me be a part of it, and everyone in thr gym being SO kind to me--- thank you to every single one of you!
The owners are great people, and professor Jamie is extremely knowledgeable with his craft.

I highly recommend J3 and hope to have the opportunity to train here again the next time I'm visiting the area.
I have already recommended this gym to friends and family, and would recommend to anyone looking to train ju jitsu for any reason, be it competition, hobby, physical fitness, or self-defense.
But what really shines for me is that they have invested and cultivated that attitude into the Academy for so long that everyone there reflects a similar attitude toward training.
