
As your personal coach, it is my job to walk by your side through this. Every week, you will send me your bi-weekly forms (dietary adherence, biofeedback, progress info) for review to ensure your program is working for you (and you are working for your program). This is not a here ya' go plan and then I wash my hands. Sometimes things need to be tweaked or navigated due to family issues, travelling, illness, etc. and that's my job as your coach. ..to help you with those times. Not only am I here for you during check-ins, you will have access to me via messaging anytime during normal business hours through the J FIT App for additional support!
