I’m always so excited for my classes because the classes are always fun and I leave feeling accomplished.
The coaches are amazing, and the environment and experience are unlike anywhere else!
The workouts, coaches and clients all seem to be motivated, self-driven individuals who enjoy a unique fitness experience.
The instructors are so fun but make the classes so tough and I always get the best workout in when I’m there.
It has been one of the best decisions to join the club, the empathy and warmth make the difference of all those who make up intensityx3 Kikboxing they are excellent and you can see the changes in your body in each class, 100% recommended
The member vibe is chill, the workouts are fun and challenging (and never boring) and the staff and coaches are sincerely friendly and supportive.
Would for sure recommend to others to get started on their fitness journey here for an extra push, amazing staff and even better support system.
The team is very friendly and supportive.

I was looking to start working regularly and I found Intensity X3 I absolutely love it the vibes are great and the staff is wonderful… I’d take this over a regular gym any day
