I'm so glad you found our yoga studio. Deepening my own journey into a yoga practice, which truly changed my life, I opened Inspiring Actions in 2008. Of our many programs, I am most passionate about helping brand new yoga students start a practice by taking our signature class Yoga 101, a 4-week introductory series. I constantly hear students at our full-service studio mention how welcomed they feel, what great friends they've made and that they love the variety of classes and instructors. Focusing on the student experience, I work hard to expand our high-quality wellness offerings and actively take community feedback to heart.
