Kim Trimmer, Yoga Teacher and Owner of InsideOut Yoga, began teaching yoga in 1998. Her greatest passion is supporting students as they open to the bodies they inhabit. While they explore yoga poses and breathing practices, she encourages her students to gracefully accept their humanity, including their unique gifts and limitations; nudging them to grow into the recognition that there is nothing wrong here, they are just right exactly as they are.

I especially appreciate that the yoga she teaches is true yoga - non-performative, focusing on the connection between the body and mind to strengthen both.
Definitely worth checking out it you want to become more self-aware and more at peace.
She is the most knowledgeable and caring instructor that I’ve ever worked with.
A few weeks ago we did some hip exercises, and lo and behold, the next time I went for a walk, no hip pain!
Great job on the renovation, live the new sign, and oh yah… yoga is great too.
She does a great job of explaining and providing corrections without taking away from the flow of the practice.
What I have enjoyed most about Kim's classes are, among her masterful teaching style, the community orientation of the classes and the truly rejuvenating benefits and growth one makes from her classes.
Hatha Yoga often focuses on the final perfect form, but Kim helps you work with your unique body to adapt and move in the direction of the form, from the inside-out.
She is a talented instructor and has a true gift for working with people.
Fantastic yoga studio
