I came here from ILKB and was looking for a friendly, approachable environment that would encourage me to keep coming back and it has far exceeded expectations. The staff is awesome, really friendly and very knowledgeable. There is also a great variation in the classes when you box on bags and also do partner work. It is appropriate for all skill levels. It has made exercise fun and challenging! Thank you all for helping me get on track in my journey. You all rock!

I had my first kickboxing experience in this studio for a month 7 years ago, they pretty much taught me everything I know.
The instructors I had were so helpful and welcoming (Erik, Erika, Jinnia, Grace, and Kenny) and fellow students and front desk staff were kind and motivated.
I love this place so much.
I booked Impact for a private aerial class for a bachelorette party, and it was such a fun experience!
High intensity workout with great, friendly trainers, and good airflow for the COVID-19 concerned

I joined at 13 and its such a fun way to get in shape & learn self defense!
Great in-person classes and now, with Covid-19, they offer super live-stream classes.
I went to their first class after reopening and they are doing a great job at making the class safe, but still impactful.
