The studio itself is beautifully designed, with soft lighting and serene decor that create a peaceful atmosphere ideal for practicing yoga.
Was in nyc for the weekend & was looking for a yoga class when I stumbled across this place & thought I’d give a sound bath a go.
I loved the concept of the Hum and truly experienced the physical and cognitive effects of this.
I was seriously shaking in parts of my workout, but I felt comfortable to take beginner breaks as needed.
And they completely take away the hassle of bringing your own yoga mat, running to class early to get a good spot, etc..
I liked that when you book, you get a specific spot with a mat, so you don't have to worry about finding space.
Clean, spacious, plenty of self lock lockers, locker rooms, and a lounge area to chat with other yogis.
I also took a more advanced courses and enjoyed incorporating breath work into our flow.

I personally had a beautiful connective experience working in the safe space each teacher creates.
