I pride myself on helping our adult members safely build muscle, quickly burn fat, gain flexibility, and release stress in a FUN, positive, and injury-free environment! And for the children, parents all over the Castle Rock, Centennial and Aurora area give my martial arts classes credit for increasing their child's ability to focus, building their self-esteem, and igniting a passion for self improvement they never would have expected.

At the end of the class Han Lee came up to us and took us to his office where he talked to my son, gave him a private 10-15 min lesson and had him break a board, thus earning his first white belt!
Eric is an awesome instructor and the knowledge of him and Grand Master Lee is amazing.
I love everything about this place
That is the confidence that has been instilled as part of his training.
My brother Jacob love being in his classes and knows how to defend him self now.
