I recently participated in the “Back to the Heart Workshop” led by Mare.
Great positive place, Mary Ellen is a fantastic instructor.
The classes are thoughtfully taught, inclusive, and have so much spirit and personality.
The instructors are thoughtful in their instruction, and mindful of giving modifications so that everyone can participate.
Students are nurtured and encouraged to be present in the moment and reminded to take note of how their bodies are feeling as a guide for their practice for the day, and I truly enjoyed the experience.
I have only done yoga one time before and her class challenged me, but she cheered me on the entire time.
Mary Ellen and all the teachers at Grow Well have created an incredible environment to practice yoga, it’s become an essential part of my week and I’m so grateful to have this wonderful place in the community.
Mare is an exceptional instructor and provides well intentioned assistance as well as much praise during the practice.
The studio was super clean and no need to carry your own yoga mat as studio has great quality mats including all the props.
They offer yoga and barre classes that are accessible to everyone and honor the body at all levels of fitness.
