The G:50 concept is inspired by the traditional Pilates program which has been customized and adapted to retain the essence of the classic format but incorporated high intensity interval training in a unique format that blends traditional exercises with new challenging fitness protocols. The program uses state of the art patented reformers specifically designed to accommodate the original exercises routines designed by Glenn Kennedy, the founder and inspiration of G:50 Studios.

Sentiment Analysis
Great workout, excellent experience here.
The instructors are so amazing, helpful, and knowledgable.
Hard workout but in the best way!!
No one took the time to explain the machine or the moves to me before class started, and when the instructor saw just how incorrectly I was doing the exercises, he asked me if I had children (I am 26 and very much NOT a mother), because of how I was carrying my weight in my hips.
I am new to the G:50/pilates/megaformer world and the instructors are very hands on with the students - constantly fixing form, giving encouragement, and staying interactive.
G:50 is a great workout - I've tried a lot of megaformer studios in the area and this is one where I'm consistently sore the next day (in a good way)!
The teachers are phenomenal, providing clear instructions and personalized attention to ensure everyone gets the most out of their practice.
I feel my body getting so much stronger after every class.
As a life long athlete used to HIIT training and weight lifting, this is very comparable but lower impact on the body, plus it becomes almost addicting!
The instructors really focus on your level and how to push you!
