My son and I have been taking classes with Juanita since January, 2023. Juanita excels at adapting the yoga practice to the needs of her students. When my son or I have problems with a certain pose, Juanita takes the time to adjust us and explains different methods on how to get into the pose that will work. Every class is unique, and we love that there are plenty of challenges to continue to learn and grow in our practice. She provides enough challenge to make the class interesting while nurturing each and every student. She reminds us that there is no yoga without breathing and every day in yoga is different. We have grown stronger physically and spiritually with Juanita's practices. My son and I will continue to take yoga classes with Juanita in the future, and we highly recommend...
