Boxing with big soul
Freddy started training my grandkids (6 and 9) a year ago and they did so well with him physically and health wise.
When I decided to make some big changes in my health, I went to Freddy because he came highly recommended from a good friend.
Came for an open gym session and it was a great place to train.
After training with Freddy, I just saw no purpose in an actual Gym as this keeps me fit.
He is a wonderful trainer who listens to his clients needs, motivates you to achieve your goals and constantly changes up your routine so you never get bored.
As a New Yorker I'm always time poor, and appreciate how much Freddy could pack into one hour of class time.
He's got amazing talent and a heart of gold!
I worked in fitness before and if I were building a gym from scratch, I’d just copy Freddy’s equipment list.
