This is one of the best boxing gyms around and Freddy is also a great trainer.
Freddy pays great attention to technique and is committed to ensuring you learn boxing the right way.
When I decided to make some big changes in my health, I went to Freddy because he came highly recommended from a good friend.

I’m a former NFL athlete and was looking for a gym that had all of the best, new equipment as well as an intimate learning environment with a great coach.
Boxing with big soul
If your looking for quick results or have specific goals, he’s the man.
Freddy started training my grandkids (6 and 9) a year ago and they did so well with him physically and health wise.
Came for an open gym session and it was a great place to train.
