We have moved to 1651 English Ave. The old Howl and Hide Shop in Fountain Square is only a short distance from our current space. This building, “The Oracle,” will be a multi-use space. I love the sense of community I have always found here and feel stronger mentally and physically every time I leave a class.
The instructors are all super professional and knowledgeable, the classes meet a wide range of experience and needs, and Andrea, the owner, goes above and beyond to help customers (even when they are completely freaking out).
I work in a high stress profession and attending these classes weekly for the past few months have improved my mental health so much.
I can wind down with a relaxing slow flow or get a solid workout doing a level 3/rocket.
After trying a few different yoga studios around Indy, I can confidently say Fountain Square Yoga is one of the best.
Definitely stop by for a heated class during these cold winter months!
She is always going above and beyond to make sure FSY has a positive impact on the community that it’s nestled in.
I was visiting from the west coast for the holidays and they offered me space to come back and be a part of the community whenever I was back in town!
My favorite instructors are Andrea and Amanda, although I have a few more to try!
The owner of the studio is great at making new people feel welcome, not to mention the energy is SO NICE in there!
