Miss Nola holds a BFA in dance with an emphasis in ballet and has danced professionally with the Common Thread Contemporary Ballet. She has taught dance in St. Louis and St. Charles for almost 10 years. With a passion for dance, Nola is focused on teaching dance development to all ages, and giving students the ability to take on life confidently, both on and off the dance floor.

My older daughters “started late” (meaning they haven’t been dancing since they could stand…my oldest is almost 11 and started at age 9) and this studio is a great place if you are in that situation.
Above all the dedication, care, and heart they have for their students is what makes FMDA so special.
So if you’re looking to get your child into dance but are intimidated at the established places cause you’re not a “dance mom” ….
Fluid motion dance academy is amazing because the teachers are very nice, and they will bring you up, not tear you down.
10/10 I would highly recommend Fluid Motion to anyone who wants their child to be successful in dance and still have fun!
All of the instructors are kind, patient and very knowledgeable.
Ms Nola has unending patience and kindness towards the students, and both my son and daughter have gained so much confidence through their time dancing at Fluid Motion.
She is a beautiful dancer herself and you can see her passing her passion down to all the kids!
