Yes, we may be stuck at home but Flow Lab is so much more than four walls, a mat and weights. We are family. If you like working in a class setting, I highly suggest at least giving a try.

Working on the splits was a fun surprise, she really helps you focus on good form, and my back feels so much better after this class.
I haven't taken any of the cardio or HIIT classes, yet, because I love vinyasa flow, but I have taken flow from Meghan, Stephanie and Mackenzie and they are all EXCELLENT teachers and guides.

I have truly benefitted from going to Cardio Strength, and HIIT classes and combining Yoga, Deep Stretch and Candlelight with those through out the week.
