I am a yoga and meditation teacher and student. I know how to immediately go within when I close my eyes and take that first big inhalation in through my nose. It's a high to meditate. When you float in complete darkness and in utter silence - you go deep within. You can hear your breath echoing through your entire body. Was told that there would be a 'gentle' wake up at the conclusion of your float with no lights / sounds, but a VERY bright light came on at the end of my time which was jarring and confusing - the front desk agent said "yeah, sorry about that.
