At Flex-n-Fly, our mission is to help relax travelers that suffer from anxiety while building a community at the airport. We understand that flying can be an overwhelming experience for many. We believe that your mental health should be a priority. Because of that, we created “The Flex 35”. The Flex 35 is our 10 to 35 minutes exercise formula infused with stretching, breathing, and restorative yoga. Classes are on the hour every hour. Classses are also open to children 5 and up. You can book online to reserve your spot or you can find us at an airport near you.

Not only is it stylish but it's very functional and takes me from day to night with my outfits.
Just wore it for the first time this weekend and OMG it’s so convenient, adjustable, and cute.
The instructor was very personable and engaging throughout the entire virtual yoga session (even with most people off camera), and she showed variations for both chair and mat yoga, which was perfect for our group.
I can’t go anywhere without it and it’s sooo flattering to wear as a belt or a crossbody.
I was pressed for time and didn’t want to carry my back pack to the dinner, so I put ALL of my items in my pockets: 2 cell phones, wallet, lipstick, passport, you name it!
The flexibility in how I can wear it is also a plus cause I’ve dressed it up and down depending on what I was wearing.
It comes in a variety of colors and everyone I’ve gifted one to says it’s their favorite accessory.
