I love the gym (people, equipment, trainers, & combat arts level) I have been able to go without blood pressure medication now.
The trainers are all encouraging, challenging, and they keep you engaged throughout every single workout!
I've been going here consistently for about 2 months now and I never wanna quit now love their combat sports and great coaches who will help every step of the way
Great group of guys and gals sharing knowledge and fitness!
One of the best parts about the party - is that the crew runs the games, leaving the parents to mingle and watch the battle!
I loved this place when I went to someone's birthday party and my child had a blast with all the cool Nerf guns!
Edge Fitness Kernersville (formerly Fitness One) is such a great gym with a variety of classes-group fitness, boxing and more!
I've been doing my best to get in shape this year and I'm in other programs also but I know that I needed more intense help so I joined here and my first class I realized that I've got a lot to do and everyone was so nice and helping me along with the instructor.
The trainers are the best and always push you to do your best.
They help us all not only reach our goals and become better people.
