I was kinda scared going at first but once i got inside and loosened up it was great.
One time there were going to be men in the studio to finish some work and Francesca called me ahead of time to let me know this, which I highly appreciated because I had an uncomfortable experience one time with men.
Their classes quickly became the highlight of my week and I loved how friendly and welcoming the environment was :)
The owner is wonderful and you can tell she really cares about safety and making pole a good, fun experience.
