The room is the perfect size, there were 4 stations set up so we could break off into teams to make mozzarella and burrata.
I am the star of the party when I show up with cheese in hand and considering starting my own mini cheese business :)

It's a fun experience whether you come by yourself (I did my first time) or if you go as a date or even group.
You can lay back and just have a chill time or get more in depth to the nuts and bolts of why what is happening is happening.
I'm especially interested in fermentation vegetables for gut health.
Learning how to make cheese in such a friendly environment couldn't ask for anything better I would highly recommend taking any of her cheese classes.
After I tried the product very first time, missed a single ( crucial ) step in the process, of course the experiment failed.
