Mike started Fitness United with Nutrition (aka F.U.N. Personal Training) in 1992 wanting to be in business for himself and to help others to achieve an optimal level of health. After realizing the importance of Yoga and, even more important, great teachers, F.U.N. Yoga Studio was opened in 2009. F.U.N. Yoga Studio offers many styles of yoga, and all of the teachers have had extensive training in alignment. In addition to a full schedule of regular classes, F.U.N. Yoga Studio also offers many workshops and series, including Ayurveda, Mindfulness Meditation, Pranayama, Therapeutics and many more.
