The class teachers and massage therapists all provide heartfelt services for a wide variety of wants, needs and levels.
If you're interested in yoga or even just trying it, this is the place to go.
It was an extremely enjoyable experience after a 10 hour flight and travel for around 18 hours it was the perfect way to relax.
The classes are thoughtful and challenging, I always feel physically and emotionally refreshed afterward, and all of the staff is kind and helpful.
This yoga studio welcomes you where ever you are in your yoga practice and works with you in a gentle, understanding and professional manner.

This was the perfect place to get connected again at my own pace with no pressure.
