After an unsuccessful double hip surgery, I was left with one leg longer than the other. Unable to use my legs correctly lead to posture issues, pain and eventual immobility in other parts of my body which was exacerbated with physical therapy. I was at a loss and no longer able to do the things I love and be as active as I once was. I was encouraged to try yoga but embarrassed to come in person. I decided to try Escape To Yoga online instead. Within a year I was back on my bike and in 0 pain. Yoga changed my life and I can't wait to ride my bike with the boys.
