Nice gym and equipment.
Six months ago I couldn't put my left shoe on standing up and and was constantly plagued by small injuries from lifting and running and doing races.

It was a nice gym.
The great thing about this is you can sign your little one(s) up for the class and you've got yourself a built in 1 hour kid-free workout up to 6 days a week!!
